Vintage 1940s double breasted secretary midi dress, with a black & white horizontal micro pinstriped bodice, a corded trimmed yoke and jeweled studs, a pleated peplum, and black midi pencil skirt underneath. It has shoulder pads that could be removed with a seam ripper if desired. It closes with one line of buttons down the front, a snap at the waist, and a zipper fly on the skirt behind the peplum.
